Like many sushi restaurants in Singapore, much of their ingredients are sourced directly from Japan. What distinguishes Sushi Koga, however, is not just ingredient quality, but consistency in execution—from the meticulous preparation behind the scenes to the refined finishing of each piece at the counter. Each course unfolds with a natural, unhurried rhythm—thoughtfully paced, yet never overly formal.

The atmosphere reflects this philosophy. With just 10 counter seats, the space feels intimate and welcoming, allowing diners to settle in comfortably. Rather than positioning itself as a destination reserved only for special occasions, Sushi Koga is the kind of place you return to—where quality, familiarity, and hospitality come together seamlessly.

This spring, highlights include seasonal fishes such as Sakuradai (Cherry Red Sea Bream), Sayori (Halfbeak), Hokkaido scallops, alongside other carefully selected ingredients that reflect the time of year.

For those familiar with omakase progression, the full course offers a more layered experience—moving from lighter starters into sushi, with enough variation to maintain balance without overwhelming the palate.

An Intimate Private Dining Option for Small Groups

For groups of 6 to 10 guests (with a minimum of 6 omakase courses), Sushi Koga offers the option to book out the entire restaurant, ideal for celebrations, gatherings, or hosting guests.

A deposit of $50 per person is required to secure private bookings.

Sushi Workshop for a Deeper Appreciation

Beyond dining, Sushi Koga also hosts monthly sushi workshops, typically held on the fourth or last Saturday of the month, depending on availability.
