Our founding Japanese publication under the same company (Fifty One Media Pte Ltd), Singalife is currently seeking candidates for the following role.

Singalife is the leading publication for the Japanese expatriate community in Singapore, producing engaging print and digital content. We also offer digital marketing solutions and social media management, helping businesses reach their target audience effectively.

Job Description

• Conduct sales presentations and pitches (virtual and in-person) to prospective clients and leads.

• Identify, assess, and understand client needs, and develop tailored proposals and solutions accordingly.

• Proactively engage potential clients, presenting strategic solutions aligned with their business objectives and target audiences.

• Research prospects, generate qualified leads, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Prepare, draft, and submit professional quotes, proposals, and business proposals.

• Develop creative ideas and strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their marketing and business goals.

• Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to support contract renewals and long-term engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective campaigns that drive revenue growth.

• Achieve and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Confident, proactive, and positive attitude.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage but not required.

  • Genuine interest in Japan and Japanese culture.

  • Patient and adaptable in communication, particularly when collaborating with Japanese colleagues.

  • Location: 20 Collyer Quay, Level 12, Singapore 049319

  • Salary: From $3,000/month

  • Employment Type: Full-time (Fresh graduates welcome)

  • Working Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • Experience Required: Sales experience preferred (1 year)

  • Work Arrangement: In-person

  • Days Off:

• Every second Friday (afternoon)

• Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays (based on calendar)

• Year-end/New Year holiday: 29 December – 3 January
