Enjoy Premium Japanese Unagi and Seasonal Menus at Chikuyotei Singapore
This August to October 2025, cool down and recharge with a Japanese classic — unagi (freshwater eel). In Japan, unagi is traditionally enjoyed during the sweltering summer months as a way to restore stamina. Here in Singapore, where the heat and humidity peak around this time of year, it’s the perfect seasonal dish to help you power through the hottest days. Experience this nourishing tradition at Chikuyotei Singapore, where premium unagi and specially curated summer menus await.
Located in the InterContinental Hotel near Bugis MRT, Chikuyotei brings over 170 years of Edo-era unagi mastery to Singapore. The art of Kanto-style unagi involves steaming before grilling, giving the eel its signature tenderness and delicate aroma. The Singapore branch blends this heritage with a refined, welcoming atmosphere that attracts families, couples, solo diners, and hotel guests alike.
