Originated in Niigata Prefecture, Japan, Tomi Sushi prides themselves in serving authentic sushi made using 100% Niigata KOSHIHIKARI rice, fresh seasonal ingredients complemented with traditionally brewed soy sauces for sushi and sashimi, as well as salt from the Sea of Japan. 

Sashimi (6 kinds)

Savour fresh ocean catch with assorted sashimi platters featuring 6 kinds and 8 kinds of sashimi, ranging from $30 to $56 (1 pax). Koji Sushi Bar is a trendy and casual Japanese sushi/sashimi-only bar with two outlets at Raffles City and Pickering Street respectively. Their concept revolves around a simple menu focusing on quality fresh sea produce. In the day, office professionals can have their lunch at ease as they pride themselves on speed and affordability. Ganko Sushi is a reputed sushi restaurant hailing from Osaka. Since its debut in Dhoby Ghaut in 2021, they have been serving up premium sushi plates to local diners at affordable prices. (9) Kan Sushi

With two outlets in Robertson Quay and Tanjong Pagar respectively, Kan Sushi is an authentic sushi restaurant dedicated to serving only the best of seasonal fishes from Asahi Fisheries in Japan. They serve wholesome set meals during lunchtime and omakase courses for dinner.

Sushi Ayumu by Masa Ishibashi was founded on their dedication to share the rich heritage of “edomae” sushi with international sushi fans. This is Chef Masa’s second outpost outside of Tokyo, following his highly successful “Sushi Nanami by Masa Ishibashi” in Taipei.
