Popular sushi chain Sushiro has collaborated with PS.Cafe in launching an exclusive truffle infused menu, available now until 19 April 2024! Sushiro is a conveyor belt restaurant that is well-known for its wide variety of quality sushi, while PS. Cafe is a popular homegrown cafe, loved for its truffle fries.

The truffle-infused menu incorporates PS.Cafe’s famous truffle oil and mayonnaise, bringing strong and fragrant flavours. The truffle flavouring comes from PS. Cafe’s in-house truffle oil brand Tartufo Bianco (known as white truffle), is also known as one of the most expensive truffles.

There are 4 classic offerings on the menu, featuring PS. Cafe signature flavours together with classic offerings from Sushiro sushi. Menu options include PS.Cafe Truffle Chawanmushi ($4.90+), Aburi Scallop with PS.Cafe Truffle Sauce ($4.90+), Shrimp with PS.Cafe Truffle Mayo ($3.90+) and Salmon with PS.Cafe Truffle Mayo ($3.90+).
