This is a satisfying bowl of ramen features succulent duck slices and a flavourful tonkotsu broth packed with collagen. The smoked duck is rich and salty, complementing the light and creamy tonkotsu broth. Additionally, the noodles are firm, offering a delightful texture with just the perfect bite.

Toroniku Ramen

This adds another layer of savoury richness and intensifies the umami in the signature broth. Each bowl includes tender, velvety-seared pork cheek slices that beautifully complements the broth.
