Menbaka Fire Ramen Opens New Outlet At Centrepoint Offering New Izakaya and Binchotan Charcoal Grill Concept

Menbaka Fire Ramen- sounds familiar to you? Hailed from Kyoto, Japan, they have been dishing out varieties of flaming hot ramen on the menu and are known for its spectacular Fire Ramen display which you may have probably come across it on social media. This month, they opened a brand new outlet at Centrepoint, bringing you a bigger and better Fire Ramen dining experience!

Look forward to its new izakaya concept, offering a medley of mouthwatering dishes like the Salmon Batayaki ($58.90). Featuring 700g of freshly cut salmon wrapped around a bamboo pole, basted with flaming oil to spectacular effect, braised with a blended sauce of sake, kirin, and shoyu, and topped with bonito flakes and a slice of lemon. Don't miss out on their wide selections of fresh sashimi and sushi dishes like the Sakura Maki ($9.90) and the gorgeous Swimming with Rainbow ($8.90).

That's not all! Their brand new kushiyaki concept serves delicious meat and seafood skewers, prepared atop a Japanese Binchotan Charcoal Grill (Sumiyaki). Fill your belly with delectable Meat skewers (from $2.90) and seafood skewers (from $3.90). You may also order a set of 7 or 10 skewers for $22 and $33 respectively.

You can also indulge in the Ultimate Fire Ramen ($17.90 / $19.90), served with savoury Aburi pork belly, chashu, and Menbaka's new and improved 228 years old Shoyu Pork broth.

Complete the dining experience with their refreshing beverages and delicious desserts like Kyoto Matcha Latte ($8.90 for hot / $9.90 for iced), Kyoto Matcha Beer ($12.90), Frozen Beer ($15), Menbaka Cakes ($6.90), Seasonal Hana Mochi ($1.60 per piece / $3 for 2 pieces), and more.
