They serve contemporary kaiseki-style cuisine that puts a highlight on Goho (refers to the cooking method), which includes cutting (Nama), simmering (Niru), grilling (Yaku), steaming (Musu), and frying (Ageru).

GOHO Kaiseki & Bar is a 55-seater restaurant lit with neon lights that offer an intimate dining experience. You can enjoy watching your dishes being prepared at an 11-meter long green marble table!

They offer 3 menu to choose from- Sakura (9 course), Sumire (9 course) and Ume (10 course) priced at $98++, $138++ and $188++ respectively! Some fresh and seasonal ingredients used include Ikura, Uni, Sawara, Caviar, Wagyu Short Rib and more.

To step up your dining experience, you may opt for alcoholic pairing and non-alcoholic pairing from $58++ and $38++ respectively. Such exquisitely crafted cocktails include Reverse Yuzu Plum Martini ($22++), Yuzu Ramos Gin Fizz ($24++), and Japanese Smoked Manhattan ($24++).
