As the name suggests, Leaves Coffee Roasters roast their coffee beans in-house, and you can watch the magic happen as you try their coffees. The Espresso Temperature Experience is unique to the store as they serve a digital thermometer above the espresso shot, monitoring its temperature while you drink. The reason for this is that as the espresso changes its temperature, the taste changes. Those truly passionate about coffee need to visit Leaves Coffee Roasters, as they serve beautiful coffee and hold events and seminars about coffee. Additionally, their Instagram account is very informative about the beans they import and how they roast, and occasionally will have special promotions!
